My name is Sai Patibanda, and I’m the founder of Haute Hire.

 

With over a decade of experience in staffing and talent strategy, I’ve led large-scale hiring initiatives, opened new locations, and placed talent across a wide range of industries. My background includes experience in both creative and corporate sectors, giving me a well-rounded perspective on what makes a strong team—and how to build one.

 

I hold a degree in Fashion from the Academy of Art University. While my career path has spanned multiple fields, I’ve always felt a deep connection to the fashion industry. That passion, combined with my love for building relationships, is what inspired me to launch Haute Hire.

 

At its core, Haute Hire is about more than staffing. It’s about understanding people, aligning them with purpose, and creating long-term value for both brands and talent.
